Under the amended law of February 19, 1973 , which addresses the sale of medicinal substances and the fight against drug addiction, the sale and consumption of narcotic substances is prohibited, namely: cannabis (hashish, marihuana), synthetic drugs (ecstasy, speed, etc.), mushrooms (funghi), cocaine (cocaine, freebase, crack) and heroin.

CBD, however, is a different matter. This molecule is not considered a narcotic. As a reminder, a narcotic is a so-called toxic substance that produces narcotic, euphoric, etc. effects that lead to addiction and a state known as stupor.

According to European directives and the "Règlement grand-ducal du 26 mars 1974 établissant la liste des stupéfiants" , CBD does not fall into this category. All CBD-based products and other cannabinoids derived from hemp are therefore legal, provided they contain less than 0.3% THC, the psychoactive molecule found in cannabis.

All the hemp we use to make our products is grown locally in Europe, notably in America and Switzerland. It's worth noting that these countries are experts in its cultivation, which is part of our pursuit of rare quality.

We opt for short circuits, manufacturing as much of our production as possible at America, which also avoids the need for time-consuming (and polluting) transport of goods. We also try to reduce the involvement of intermediaries, by going directly to the producers, which also enables us to judge for ourselves the quality of the hemp we buy.
