RETURNS

Our products have been carefully crafted to give you complete satisfaction.

However, if you change your mind, you have 15 days from receipt of your items to return them and request a refund.

Attention

We will only refund unopened products.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

REFUND

If you haven't received your CBD within three weeks of shipment, we will refund your money. 

We will also reimburse you for the cost of the Chronopost service if you still have not received your CBD within three days of shipment.

Please notePlease note: Once your order tracking shows that it has been delivered, it is not possible for us to issue a refund.

If this is the case, we invite you to make a complaint to the carrier, which we always do, so that a thorough investigation can be carried out.
