BIC Mama lighter 🔥

Always nice to have a little gift with every order

It's all in the title... advertised as a gift but never received! No big deal in itself, but asking me for an opinion on a gift I didn't receive 3 weeks later is a bit surprising and doesn't really make me want to recommend ...

Upon a payment I got a free lighter. A pitty that it was an ordinary Yellow BIC lighter, it didnt have a Mama print as shown in the website

The astronaut design was beautiful but faded after 3 days of use.

Concerning the Mama Kana lighter: it's simple, on the two orders I've placed, I've never seen the color...

First order I received lavender candies ( great lighter, will light things with candies...)

2nd order: better but no Mama kana lighter, I received a small standard green Bic lighter with the barcode label stuck on it.
I'm a bit worried about it, I wanted to have it for my collection and it's a basic principle in business (you have to provide either an equivalent or, if out of stock, an item from a higher range, it's the law).
However, everything else corresponds to what I ordered, but since it's a gift you're less vigilant, I don't think that's normal.

I'll make it simple: on my next order, if I don't get the equivalent lighter to what's mentioned in my basket, there won't be any orders at all. It's up to you to decide whether you respect your customers or not.
I ask you to be vigilant about this in the future.
It would be a shame to see a customer go to the competition for this kind of detail.
